The LifeSkills Training Program is a comprehensive, scientifically-proven prevention program that incorporates health information, general life skills, and drug resistance skills.

The LifeSkills Training Program promotes health and personal development and is based on the latest research about causes of youth substance abuse.  It addresses some of the most important factors leading adolescents to use tobacco and drugs.

LifeSkills is a proven training method that consistently reduces youth tobacco, alcohol, marijuana use and is among the most extensively evaluated substance abuse programs available.

Spirit of a Young Woman Camp
 

The Spirit of a Young Woman Camp is in its 9th year this year.  The Spirit of a Young Woman Camp Program is for young ladies ranging in age from 12 – 18.   This program helps teen girls learn about self-esteem, goal setting, substance abuse, relationships, bullying, nutrition & healthy eating habits, exercise, coping skills and many other useful topics. The goal of Spirit of a Young Woman Camp is to help young woman make healthy decisions and lead healthy lives despite the substantial peer pressure they face.
